Billy & Melanie Waister Hi, welcome to our restaurant. We are the owners Billy and Melanie Waister. We have owned El-Santiago for just over a year now since we both emigrated from England. We have been in the pub and restaurant business in the UK for many years and appreciate what customers are seeking. Our experience shows that customers want good food at reasonable prices, delivered with good personal service, and to be able to enjoy all of this in a relaxed atmosphere, with some entertainment. Well that's what we have created here. You can fine dine and dance in a pair of shorts and T-shirt. We have come to know our customers well over the past year most of them by first names. So don't be surprised if we sit down with you at the table and personally welcome you to the best and most unique restaurant in the area. We know that once you have found us then you'll be back time and time again. Cara-Lynn Hollander For a Good Time call me - I'm Cara-Lynn Hollander, the General Manager of the El Santiago Club, and one of my favorite parts of being with the El Santiago Club is setting up and running the parties. I enjoy seeing people laughing, eating, drinking, dancing, singing along with the music, and having a GREAT time with their friends and family, and that is what this restaurant is all about. I've been with the restaurant since February of 2004. 1 am a native Floridian and only left our Florida sunshine to attend school in New Jersey. I have a degree in Special Education, and am working towards a Masters in Speech and Language Pathology, which means I know how to talk to people. So, come down and talk to me about setting up your next party for a GREAT time.
Hello, My name is Lynda Farmer, but my regular customers call me Lynda Love. I moved to the Villages seven years ago from Los Angeles, where I was a server in Malibu.
